Not long ago, I posted a seller financing article on my ActiveRain blog in response to another Realtor who took offense with some real estate investors.
In my post, I make the case for the (honest) real estate investor because they can and do bring liquidity to a marketplace. I also talk about the advantages of seller financing when done right.

I know of two colleagues who are beginning a professional relationship around this topic - one a lender the other a Realtor focused on working with investors. I forwarded this on to them.
